Before founding Emerge Consult, Sienna Martínez Harris spent nearly a decade advancing health equity and strengthening the healthcare workforce through leadership roles across nonprofit organizations, academic institutions, and mission-driven initiatives. Her work has centered on creating pathways for future healthcare professionals at every stage of the pipeline, from high school and undergraduate education to medical school, residency, and physician leadership. She has led statewide workforce development initiatives, secured more than $2 million in funding, guided organizations through periods of strategic growth, and built sustainable programs that expand access to healthcare careers for historically underrepresented communities. Her leadership and advocacy have earned recognition at the local, state, and national levels.
